What is a Journey of Generosity?

A Journey of Generosity (JOG) is a small‐group retreat—either overnight, day‐long, or online—designed for Christians to pause, reflect on Scripture, and talk openly about God, money, and generosity . In a relaxed, conversational setting, participants watch real-life stories, explore biblical truths, and engage in guided discussions led by trained facilitators—not lectures, but dialogue together as fellow travelers . No agendas, no fundraising ask—just space to wrestle, wonder, and listen for God’s voice in community.

Why attend?

• Experience Safe, Honest Dialogue: Generosity is deeply personal, and few spaces encourage open talk. At a JOG, honest conversation about wealth and faith leads to surprising clarity and connection .
• Focus on God, Not Giving: We believe yes to generosity, no to sales pitches. JOGs offer a completely pressure‐free environment funded entirely without donor asks .
• Discover the Joy of Generous Living: Attendees often describe a renewed sense of spiritual freedom, stronger relationships, and a deeper purpose. One participant called it “the single greatest change … next to the day of our salvation” .

Who Should Join?

• Those who already give and want encouragement and fresh vision for generosity .
• People craving thoughtful conversation about money and faith in a group of like‑minded believers.
• Anyone feeling stuck in patterns of worry, scarcity, or disconnection around resources and longing for purpose‑driven giving.

What to Expect

• Gather in groups of ~8–16 (or online), around a table or screen.
• Watch compelling generosity stories, read Scripture, and discuss guided questions.
• Honor one another’s stories in a safe, confidential space .
• Leave no later than midday on day two—refreshed, inspired, and more aligned with God’s call.
